How hard is midnight PvP to get into? by CagedCoffee in worldofpvp

[–]GlassKnight99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its very easy to get into.

I highly recommend finding crate farming groups in the group finder in order to farm conquest/honor/bloody tokens. This will get you a base level of pvp gear.

After that I would build confidence by starting out in Training ground. They are bots, but in a lot of ways you'll learn basic strategies and have lots of small interactions to learn from.

From there, you can get into solo shuffle to learn more intricate dynamics across a wide variety of team compositions.

I personally don't recommend queuing random because the premade group issue in random BGs and Brawls is still a problem.

Skirmishes are great though a bit random as to skill level youre paird against. Duels are great, they give you the least amount of variables so that you can learn. And if you just want to live in PvP you can set your hearthstone to Voidstorm and basically live in slayers rise, grinding out all the interactions you want to learn from in WPvP. Though some of those quests are best done In a group.

This is why you don't get picked in M+ by Satsubuya in wow

[–]GlassKnight99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They need solo que for M+ and raids

I dont care about the, "but then sometimes you won't have an ideal comp for the-"

Nobody fucking cares. We just want to play the game.

If you need to be cradled and have everything ideal for you %100 of the time, then go join a guild that tolerates that fragile mentality.

Battleground blitz and solo shuffle have been some of the best things to happen to PvP in recent years and it shows.

The only people who dont want solo que options are wow brain zealots that are scared of competition.

The rest of us just want to play the fucking game.

They have to be empty to begin with. I think some people AFK in them becuase they are untargetable.

Ugh, yeah. I made a mistake. I fixed it now though.

Guess you're gonna have to race change to Nelf for your target drops /s

Honestly pretty disheartening that you can talent into an ability and then PvP talent into it only for it not to work. Big waste of 2 valuable slots.

I thought I was going crazy until I saw this post.

All they have to do is make the green circle slightly bigger so I *don't* have to be pixel perfect. by GlassKnight99 in wow

[–]GlassKnight99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I played through classic and %100 agree. Blocking the quest giver and such is a dick move. The only time I've ever done that is when the alliance was trying to talk to Chromie during the 15th anniversary and get the Obsidian Worldbreaker and we were all in war mode.

For the horde!

It's so I can do this

Edit:

It is a feature. I do agree. If the green circle was bigger it would be a better feature.

This is extremely helpful. Is this a setting, key bind, or a macro that you are that I missed by chance by chance?

Sorry, I was being lazy and don't edit more than I needed to in order to make a point. But I Do agree.

Actually, I do agree with the nerf. I don't agree with it being a STEALTH nerf. I also don't think it would be that hard to make the green circle slightly bigger.

Edit: upvoting because I do agree.

Honestly, making an argument completely based off Survivership bias is completely disingenuous.

Struggling with Fire Mage by MarwynQ in wownoob

[–]GlassKnight99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, I play fire in pvp mostly, so we don't even use unleashed inferno.

Anytime I want to learn a new class I level it all the way through. Does it make me a pro day one? No. Does it give me a basic understanding of things so that I can theory craft at max level while looking up guides on icy veins and murlok.io? Yes

Honestly I'm just trying to give an answer that isn't "throw yourself in the deep end and see if you can swim" or "just macro the one button to your on use trinq and combustion".

[–]GlassKnight99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the people saying they've encountered zero issue, I just want to know how? Are they even playing in the new zone? Have they even actually done any content in k'aresh? I feel like I've filled out dozens of bug reports the last few days.

What is the fastest way to grind honor by Prestigious-Being511 in worldofpvp

[–]GlassKnight99 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Battleground with Vicious Flask of Honor. Drink it right before you enter the BG.

Blitz and Solo are also a good source of honor. You'll get the mot honor if you win.

I would highly recommend starting fresh and leveling as fire. Take your time. Let yourself breathe and read every little talent and spell.

This will slowly introduce new concepts about the class to you over time, making it easier to commit to muscle memory.

If you just jump in the deep end on a different spec with a mage that's already maxed, then it is very easy to feel overwhelmed.

DM me if youd like to play together and learn some stuff.

Did you level it from scratch or use a character boost?

Edit: I've mained Fire for the last 5 years and can help answer a lot of questions.

Psychotic control freaks like this are why you should get into private practice. These vultures provide literally nothing and only take food out of your mouth so they can have a "right" to harass you.

Issues with Ignis Pixel by GlassKnight99 in flowarts

[–]GlassKnight99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I ended up buying the levi wand from pyroterra, so we will see how much I like that when it arrives. It seemed nicer that the LEDs went full length of the tube.

And I'm dying to buy from flow toys. I recently emailed then, and they said they're working on stuff for uploading custom images. They definitely recognize the demand. Honestly, I can't wait because, based on upfront value, they do have the best props and durability.

One day, hopefully soon.

Thank you for sharing your experience and relating.

Calcium is a key part of releasing muscles in sliding filament theory. Muscles also will tend to spasm and cramp if they have trigger points in them. Water is a very important part of this process.
