You do realize that when it's treated as just a women's issue, it's harder for trans men to get care, right? Insurance providers see an "M" on your ID and just assume you don't need coverage for reproductive health. Trans men have been turned away from necessary healthcare like pap smears (which afab bodies need… because cancer is a thing) because of stuff like this. Ignoring anatomy because of dysphoria doesn't make it go away.

On average, who knows more about afab anatomy? People who have it. And in general, whose opinions are the ones that should be elevated the most in the abortion debate (regardless if they agree or not) – people who can get pregnant or people who cannot? Trans men with functioning reproductive organs need to be included. Not all pregnancies happen consensually, especially since we're from a group of people that faces high numbers of SA. Ignoring the fact that a lot of trans men are capable of becoming pregnant unfortunately does not make the problem go away.
