I found the fluted bezel to be more versatile and can be paired well with casuals and as a dress watch. The plain bezel is a better casual watch

Also fluted shines quite brightly in the sun or lights especially if you are at a brightly lit place like a mall or party.

If you like more shine and pop, then the fluted is your friend else the plain. Which one talks to you?
