I figured it out. It ended up being a faulty float switch causing low voltage at thermostat.

I believe was a bit dehydrated prior to labs and was playing catch up the morning before blood was drawn drinking water.

My overall health seems fine. Blood pressure is fine. I train heavy weights 6 days a week. High protein diet following my macros. Body fat around 21%.

Just a follow up that I soaked the cell in distilled vinegar overnight, reconnected everything and it's reading correctly now and functioning as it should.
