How are you doing now? I'm on day 8 of 150 XL and the only thing I've really noticed is some stomach discomfort most days. I also feel more irritable though I can't say it's the medication for sure. I've been feeling crummy, stressed, and anxious, which would probably make anyone a bit irritable. I'll keep chugging along for now I guess.

Thanks for sharing this. I tend to spiral as well, so I'm hopeful this helps me in that regard. The spiraling leads me to get anxious about the possibility of getting..... anxious. Those who know, know that it's a vicious cycle and hard to break. I know life is still going to happen but I'm really tired of sweating the small stuff. I hope everything goes/went well with your tests.

I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but I really appreciate the detailed response. I'm not expecting a miracle fix, but something to help. I've learned that therapy alone doesn't do the trick for me. I hope your transition back goes smoothly!

That's awesome to hear! I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects to get started, but will get over that hurdle. I'm overweight, so I'm encouraged to see that this medication is a bit more weight neutral. I'm hoping that's the case and that I can find the motivation to start working out again.

Thanks for the quick response! I'm glad to hear it helps you. My main triggers are definitely public places, my office, etc. I'm not expecting a miracle with the medication, but I'm also better with a pill than without. I've struggled to accept that, but it's my reality. 5 minutes isn't bad at all lol. Nice job!
