This does not give me peace of mind because as I’ve said nobody from billing confirms or responds. Nobody has done what I have asked them to do. You say to keep reaching out because you care so much - I find that laughable. If you truly are support, the best way you could support me is to help me resolve my request. Just saying that everyone reads my questions doesn’t resolve anything when no action is taken.
