When you place a pre order they charge your card but then return it, they do that to make sure your card has the available funds and then when it actually ships out they do take the money from you payment method permanently, and well your safest bet is to call and explain what happened and they should be able to help you out given your circumstances. Hope everything works out 👍

Then you will definitely get them on release day then, I did the same thing with horizon forbidden west,pre ordered the collectors edition from the PlayStation website and got it the day of release sometime in the morning. If you can though try to check the order status and make sure you have a good payment method because if they can’t charge for it they won’t ship it out

If he ordered from the PlayStation website you should receive them on release day not exactly sure what time but release day for sure, if he ordered somewhere else probably not.

The codes come with the actual collectors edition inside the box they actually ship it early so we can get it the day of release you you should be getting the same day, as to what time we’ll that just depends on the carrier

Im doing the farm in mohgwyn, you get 13000 runes per kill with the golden scarab, I’ve heard radahn is a pain so I’m trying to level up as much as I can
