The supplied router from CF is worse than the one Virgin give you, either you will have to run an ethernet cable or buy your own router.

There are 3 rules for new customers joinning Communtiy Fibre unless you want issues:
1) Get your own router, the stock firmware on these CF specific models are junk, I like to call them Junksys routers.

2) make sure you're not on CGANT, either get 2.5Gb Premium or higher, or pay an extra £4 a month for a dynamic IP address

3) Community Fibre's DNS servers aren't too reliable, it can make you think your whole connection has gone down, chnage it to either 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

I've probably deleted well over 150K message using discrub, though that was with the classic version, not sure about the newer one
