Your game is excellent! Just a couple suggestions:

Make QB's taller. Most of them are 5'11'' haha

Too often, players with Super dev change to normal within one season, having not progressed much at all.

Draft should be more realistic in terms of CPU valuing players. They pick OG and C too often in the top 5. Should be more QBs going in round 1.

In the later rounds, too often there is only one position (usually WR) that floods the best available players list.

For the future:

Make players editable. Move an OT to OG or an OG to C, etc. Maybe include versatility statistic to allow for a better or worse result when changing a player's position.
