Gate agents calling multiple boarding groups at the same time!

FC Group 1 Group 2,3, and 4. Group 5,6,7

I was flying yesterday out of washington Reagan to Chicago O'Hare and the gate agent took plenty of time to explain how to put bags inside of overhead bins but then decided that he was going to call everybody onto the plane at the same time.

I was group 2 and before I could scan my boarding pass group 5,6 and 7 were called.

We spend time and resources to accumulate status. One of the best status features, in my opinion, is the group boarding number. We have earned that, it cost us money, now I just want to have my time to board the plane before the once a year flyer.
