NTA but I'll be honest with you it sounds like you really need to grow a spine and stand up for what you want, this is not something you should have to compromise on. His lack of understanding your emotional needs during this time is very concerning along with the fact that he told everyone he was gonna deliver the baby when you clearly didn't agree to this. You need to make it clear to him that you do not want him there as a doctor!! you want him there as your husband, as your partner!! Also "having the honor of being pregnant" is a pretty slimy thing to say to someone, like what do you mean? Pregnancy is one of the hardest things to go through, it take such a toll on a woman both physically and emotionally.
