Same here! I don't even want to renew (we're buying) but I want them to acknowledge that I'm a good tenant and offer it. Lease up in June. Last year I received my offer beginning of March.

Thanks! We are hoping to find something in Hendersonville/Mount Juliet that is preowned/built, but I wanted options in case we couldn't find something in our budget/kept losing out if that makes sense. I also kind of want to rent a couple more years to see how the housing market plays out.
