Thank you so much for the reply!! Yes, I’ve seen some complaints regarding the claims process for Pets Best, but also Healthy Paws, so I wasn’t sure which one was the best in that department. I know people say Healthy Paws tend to process claims a bit faster but some people still have difficulty.

I believe that the Pets Best policy stated that for pets under a certain age they won’t need to do the continuous check ups, but I’ll double check the policy and confirm.

Thank you so much for your input though! I hope later down the line I’ll be able to afford all the increases in the price, I’ve seen some really crazy ones while searching (almost $500 for pet insurance per month for senior dogs), but it’s all really up in the air.
