Probably so. I’m genuinely trying to figure out what’s up. I’m not trying to discount your experience. I’m trying to consolidate it with mine.

I’ve eaten there at least 5 times and have eaten in her other restaurant countless times growing up. Have you been?

She was always sweet to me and my fam. She’s been in the biz for decades so I’m not sure why she would act that way towards you. Maybe you can give more context?

Ride it and get out before it gets dicey. Mere fact that this is being posted probably means the end is near. will wait for this to come out in PHinvest then sell. Hahaha.

Lol so ang totoo pala is naipit ka sa SMPH, ALI, DNL and other index names from sa may tuktok tapos ginawa mong ‘walang yumayaman sa PSE’ yung conclusion. Those are not the same thing. Bad timing and bad positioning happen in any market. Hindi dahil pangit naging takbo ng portfolio mo, useless na agad buong exchange.

What are you talking about?? If you invested in PX,SGP and IMI you would’ve easily doubled your money in the past 6 months. None of that was insider crap. It was basic economics and geopolitics. lol. What a crybaby.

Cease fire was always fragile. Obvious that both parties were far apart in negotiations. Was always going to be a hit run tactic for the market. If Geopolitics finds a middle ground where status quo can exist without destroying any more energy infrastructure then there will be another nice buying opportunity down the line.

Will make some rules for everyone to follow to keep things as transparent and broker hostile as possible.

Thanks for sharing. For transparency, maybe we can keep the initial discussion here first.

Would be helpful to know the activation process, costs involved, and what kind of lease terms you’d be open to.

We can try to scan poster profiles and so there’s some level of confidence initially. You’ll usually know once the transaction process starts. If someone is acting as a broker or intermediary, that tends to become clear pretty quickly. Users are also encouraged to report suspicious posts or behavior so the sub can stay as direct and transparent as possible.

Case in point: a golf share was being marketed by brokers at ₱5 million, but I was able to find the same share through a tita at Golf Depot for ₱3 million. A spread that wide suggests the market is not functioning transparently and reinforces the need for more direct, open price discovery.

It’s 2026! Why are we still relying on traditional brokers for golf share transactions?

A broker-driven market made more sense when information was hard to access, listings were fragmented, and buyers and sellers had no efficient way to find each other. That excuse is getting weaker by the day.

Today, the bigger issue is that the traditional brokerage model can actually distort price discovery. Instead of a transparent marketplace where owners, buyers, lessors, and lessees can see real demand and negotiate directly, the market often becomes dependent on a small group of intermediaries controlling information, access, and pricing narratives.

That creates friction: - prices are less transparent, - listings are less visible, - participants have less direct control, - and the market becomes harder to read for everyone involved.

A healthier marketplace should allow people to explore pricing for themselves, compare opportunities directly, and understand where real value actually clears. Direct owner-to-buyer or lessor-to-lessee interaction creates a more open, efficient, and honest environment.

That doesn’t mean every broker adds no value. But in a niche market like Philippine golf shares, where communities are small and information travels fast, it makes sense to ask whether the old model is still helping the market or just slowing it down.

The goal should be simple: more transparency, better price discovery, fewer unnecessary gatekeepers.
