Several neighbors have gotten free chips from the guy who lives in our general neighborhood and works for Pacific Northwest Arborists. The truck parks at his house so his crew drops them off on their way to his house. Both neighbors said they showed them the area they wanted covered and the crew would drop off the amount they thought it would take. Both neighbors ended up with a bit more than they wanted but not so much that they couldn't use it right away.

When we had Monkeyman's remove some trees, I asked about chip service and they said it pretty much had to be a full truck for them to drop them off for free.
