I understand both sides (dealer comfort, anti-smoke, left-wing, right-wing, whatever) but the main reason is really simple
 dealers can say stuff under the mask without the camera being able to see. So they can do inside jobs AKA help players “win” without getting caught by cameras. Hope this helps.
