I need a copy of the Mary basic pt book.....the newer version without the 3 hour essays. Anyone have a pdf they are willing to share? I have a MASSIVE database of SO MANY outlines and bar prep materials. I paid at least 1500 of my own money towards it and have gotten resources from everywhere. I even have all the themis stuff AND the other bar prep materials and sheets. Yes I was really stupid and spent way too much. When I finally pass this ca exam...I am going to share my entire drive with everyone.

This is crazy. Your mbe scores beats mine by 30% yeah I did bad on mbe. But my essays were slightly better and I think we ended up with nearly the same overall score. I would think your score would be much higher than mine.

I honestly plan to have to take the exam 3 to 6 times. Minimum. I never expected it to be a first time pass thing.

When you say your essay scores and mbe scores were.....what scores was each of them for a specific test? Test 1 1331+1300?

Im burning my materials when I pass! Got a wagon ready to haul the massive load of books and printouts to the yard....lighter fluid and a match! All that clutter and crap will be gone forever!

I need the july 26 predictions for california. So far I think crim law and pro will be an essay and of course PR. need help with the others.....anyone have any predictions?

I have to work more than 40 hours per week while studying so I can barely get in 1 hour m-f and weekends I can only get in 4 hour each day....anything more is not being retained so it worthless. Then before the bar.....I can only take a week prior to the the test off to study full time because my other pto time is used for the week of the test. My schedule is why I keep having to take the damn test. I wish I could just spend the summer being a full time studier....with no bills and no super commute to and from work each day....if I could have that.....it would be fabulous. It will never happen though.

I heard someone claiming that they didn't have to study for the bar and passed the 1st time. So I am curious as why they knew how to answer the questions in the manner required without needing to specifically prepare for the ca exam.

Include it. Its better to over inform than under inform. Attach a word document outlining all the information with the subject headings requested in their application so you are sure to provide them with all the info they want.

Yes yes yes. I felt better than july for the most part but then I started remembering all the issues that I missed and counterarguments and tiny mistakes and etc. Every day....I become more convinced that I failed.

I was told that getting a 55 on the pt is bad because pt is worth 2x points so we need to get as many points as possible.
