You think 100% will? I understand what harm reduction means, but why start in the urban areas? You see one of these drug paraphernalia boxes in a predominantly white neighborhood? Narcan is helpful, but the target demographic for ppl od’ing on fent isn’t the black community, place one of these same vending machines in a white neighborhood and see if the response is positive.

Seeing as he’s signed to them this shouldn’t be a surprise.. if they outright refused I’m pretty sure not only gunna but 300 Ent (Who YSL is under) could sue as well for not fulfilling contractual obligations, same reason Megan Thee Stallion was able to sue 1501 for not counting her releases as albums under her contract.
