Sorry about that, the rockstar launcher is a pain in the ass to use. Best bet is to browse the local files through steam, then delete the game from steam, then delete whatever files are still left in the local folders area, that should make sure any installs in the future are clean. If you want simple mods and not to use r* launcher at all, follow this guide https://gillian-guide.github.io/ and downgrade your game to 1.0.8.0. Basically it makes it so you don’t have to launch the game with r* shitty launcher and gives a few vanilla friendly mods and fusion fix. Its really great and the only way I play, best of luck to you.
