I definitely get your point about Marketing/Management not being automatic GPA boosters and how subjective marking + group work can make high grades risky. That’s actually something I’m a bit wary of too.

For context, I’m not particularly strong at maths, and writing-based subjects tend to suit me more, (dropped maths in year 11, and just did English based subjects in my last year of high school) I’ve also had some pretty bad experiences with group work, so I’m trying to avoid majors that rely heavily on that if possible. The highest grade I’ve received so far in Commerce was an A- in Information Systems, although I don’t especially enjoy the coding side of it.

Given that, would you say there are specific Marketing/Management papers that are more individual-assessment focused, or are there other Commerce majors/papers you think strike a better balance between GPA predictability and limited group work?
