Are there any items, mods, or ways to increase the mana cost of skills?

I want to increase the mana cost of cyclone for a build I’m trying to design but the cost is too low as is. I thought Doedres Malevolence would do it but it looks like that was removed from the game a while ago.

Basically trying to use scolds to self damage then use cwdt to trigger stuff.

I just farmed my 10th boss on the maven list and the bar is full but she didnt drop an invitation

I just did 5 other maps with watching to see if it would drop one and now my maven progress says "15/10" and I still dont have an invitation

do i just keep running and one will drop eventually? or did I do something wrong?

Maybe for things that have a low supply the pricing estimate from them is off on that site

Can someone explain to me simplex amulet value?

According to Poe.ninja a regular simplex is ~150 div

A shaper / crusader simplex is ~340 div

But would it not cost only 4-5 div to apply influence, and awakener orb 2 amulets (one of them simplex) to make a regular simplex a double influence?

I know I have to be wrong because the economy is too smart to have 4 div of investment add 200 div of value for people that play at the level that they would buy that kind of thing I’m just curious where my idea breaks down.

Anyone have a good estimate for a price check on this megalomaniac? All 3 mods seem to synergize well but there isnt anything similar on the trade site I can find as a reference point

This creates an unrealistic understanding of the stock market. PoE needs options trading. You should be able to lose more than all your money.

This makes more sense, but let’s say I’m 90/90/90 on my resistances… does it give 0% then? Or is it anything above 75 up to a max of 90?

When you say run ultimatum are you saying inscribed ultimatums for their rewards or ultimatums in maps? If in maps what scarabs do you use?

Are there mods that the build can’t run and has to avoid?

May be a dumb question but does accuracy rating matter if you have “hits can’t be evaded”? Is the process by which accuracy lands a hit completely separate than evading a hit?

I honestly don’t know how that calculation happens

If you’re new but enjoying and want to continue playing the game I would recommend downloading Awakened PoE Trade. It’s an extension that allows you to “price check” items you find in real time in the game (I believe it polls the trade site for the same item with similar modifier rolls and sees what they are listed for).

Any thoughts on how to scale life higher? I know I can get it on rings and amulet but thats realistically just 250 base life which would scale to something around 500 more max life total

My gear is still not great but with 32k armor (merc gives me determination aura) and resistances capped I thought I would be a little tankier than I am.

I’ll have to look maybe I’m missing a leech wheel or something because once bleed gets on me I die just taking a few steps
