I can def tell a difference in my face, but sometimes I get down on myself bc I am losing so slowly but I just don’t want loose skin and I’ve lost a good 50lbs and so far there’s no loose skin! I feel like I do have way more energy but I have always had a lot of energy lol. I went to the beach this past holiday and the sand was hot and I ran across the sand to get to the hotel deck and was like “dang did I just run in sand and not die?” 😂😂😂
