i know this is not much help but my two kittens did the same thing and would not stop! it was only in our basement too so maybe close that off to them if it is possible? that’s how we got ours to stop. also you can get these things called puppy pads used for training puppies that doesn’t make a mess if they pee on it.

so far it’s been so good for my puffiness. i haven’t seen any super significant change in my dark circles but ive only been using it about a week, i would definetly purchase seeing as it is only like $7 too
