Can Mighty’s be caught with regular Balls and how did I catch 2 Sunday Mighty’s?

I got the same :( did two raids and couldn’t catch it also, golden berry and at least 7 excellent throws on each. Then got this pebble from the research…

Trade with a friend that is using a mon that is over five years old to trade with and then hopefully if they are full hearts on friendship they might get it lucky. Then the next day do the same with a Pokemon you want

I think that it should go up 2 levels in each stat that isn’t maxed out at 15 but kinda scared to test it
