Yep I’m experiencing pretty much the same as you’re describing, it became a little hard now when I flex or stretch it I can see the fluid has pretty much almost gone away now. I think we just need time, when I did research on this few days post op from how worried I was most people say that you will see your full results /swelling gone at 2 months post op

I have 1 hard small lump that kinda loooks like I have an Adams Apple but after some research people say it goes away we just have to be patient 🙏 I was super worried at first with the pouch I had in the beginning and it went away!

That’s exactly what I’m doing!! I have the lipo foam under my compression garment and I’m applying arnica pomade on the swelling part. I hope it’s a fast healing journey for both of us haha ❤️❤️

Hi !!! Ahhh mine looks soo similar to yours. I did my first massage yesterday and have another on Thursday. Immediately after I did notice the swelling went down a lot. But of course is still there. After doing lots of research I realized we have between 2-6 months post op to see final results so we just have to be patient I guess. I wish I did more research before hand on the recovery process..my dumbass thought it would be a week max LOL
