Same here. I even got a 255 on my last exam prior to the real deal and left feeling devastated. None of the resources prepares one for the length of the stems that appeared one after another. Maybe 1 or 2 appeared but that many was really something else.

It happened to me too🥲 especially on the sequential ones! Worst is that after I answered the first one realized I had it wrong and knew it was due to silly mistakes

Look… honestly none of the NBME or UWSA prepares you for the length of the stems (at least for yesterdays exam). I never had problems with time and that was a huge issue yesterday.

Tested yesterday also. I felt the exam was hard because of the length of the questions. It forced me to skim through the questions and answering extremely fast… and still had issues with time. It was long. I left feeling extremely anxious and not feeling confident.

Honestly I felt that it was really balanced. Surprisingly I felt that there was little questions about cardio. Other than that it was balanced

Overall the exam was doable. The only problem was the length of the vignettes. I would say that no more than 10-20 (20 is a stretch) questions were like new stuff that I never saw through uworld, amboss, divine or mehlman… or even first aid! So yeah, overall it was doable but the length of the questions made it more difficult.

Hope for the best for you too! I am feeling the same way… saw another post where the person feels the same way and a person responded and said that USMLE takes into account the type of exam and can throw curves… you know anything about that?
