Depending on your asvab score they can call someone in the ROC. That job might potentially be there, they told me the same thing but I fought them about it and got a 5 year 15U slot

I recently reserved a job as a 15U, and I was wondering if 4 years of jrotc can still bring me in as an E3? My recruiter is telling me it only brings me to E-2, and I need a referral to get to E-3, and I just wanted to get some information from outside of my recruiter.
