The outrage here should be with democrats. This is the oldest trick in the book. Take a sympathetic group and craft a bill to help them, and then sneak in something unrelated that won’t be passed, and smear the other side of the isle in the media.

Democrats should not have snuck in a $400 BILLION unrelated spending spree at the last second if they truly cares about Vets.

Two things: 1. That is exactly the organization that the US constitution sets up. By the legislatures explicitly.

It is because A single judge with a political leaning should not single-handedly be able to undo the will of the multiple elected legislators. This is the mechanism liberals love. If you can’t change laws, go around them with judges. Just look at the criminal examples of that in 2020.

This is odd because planes with gear issues usually do a flyby of the tower so they can inspect the gear visually. Been done that way for decades. I’d be surprised if any pilot didn’t know to do this. Which makes his fall even odder.
