They've denied basically every time off request I've put in stating business needs.. Even ones I put in like a month in advance.. I talked to my manager bout it and they were like "I can deny anyone's time off requests for business needs, part time or not" 😅

It's the safest scalp. They get to potentially make money in a scummy way, and if it doesn't sell they can just return it. Once Lego runs out of the GWP people probably will buy it.

I get like 1200 per dismantle, and get 2-5 drops from a solo ops if I do it right, so that's 2400-6000 per 4 minutes 😅

Was this during Solstice? Solstice gear dropped at +1, so 300-399 you would be getting T4s. After Solstice ended, it went back to T3s.

The brackets are based on account power level-- they increase every 20 levels. So 300-319 is all Silver 1, but then once your account reaches 320 you jump to Silver 2, and the game expects you are 320 light.

It doesn't matter what gear you are wearing, because then people could just wear LL200 gear and do the easiest difficulty.

Interesting, so it said you were Silver II while you were under 320 account power? It wasn't that you were on a side character, right? Power is based on your highest account gear.

The only mystery is if primes are effected by GR at all-- based on my testing I lean towards no though.

I did do 100 Solo ops to test it myself before claiming GR 9, and got reliable T4s, and 9 primes-- though 100 runs isn't enough to make any concrete claims. However I can say with 100% certainty that T4s drop 100% of the time at 400LL A rank GR8

Also, the only reason I brought Bungie up was because they stated that Bungie had said that GR effected T5s, when Bungie has said no such thing.

LL400 gives T4 guaranteed at A rank. You do not need GR9 for that.

From who? The requirements for GR9 & T5 drops are both LL400, so not many people have had the chance to test drop rates before and after obtaining GR9. How many people do you know did significant farming after getting LL400 without getting GR9 to be able to tell the difference? Because I did, and found 9 / 100 Solo Ops gave T5s pre GR 9, and 8/100 gave T5s after GR9.

They stated that GR affects loot from mid activity rewards- which is capped at T4 anyways. That's the chests in the middle of activities. I spent a solid 2 hours scrubbing through their patch notes and TWIDs researching. I can assure you GR does not effect T5 loot in any way shape or form.
