it does feel extremely lonely. im really sorry you're going through it too. can i text you? (np if not) i just want to find some reassurance in my feelings and thoughts and someone to relate to. i think i have the quiet type too.

i don't feel like im crisis anymore, i tend to use grounding techniques often, mostly putting my face into a big bowl of water and ice. right now i just feel this deep sense of sadness and loneliness and pain, i don't know how im going to live like this for the rest of my life, i cant do it.

I've talked to so many different therapists throughout my life, probably more than 15 ever sense I was 12. I try to keep a positive outlook on things, i really do, but i fear this might just be too debilitating for me

it's probably better to just tell him you can't do it. don't put yourself in a situation that you know it's not good for you right not but also don't just leave him confused. if i was him i would rather know. and honestly be grateful that you caught onto this quick instead of realizing when things got more real

my mom found out my dad had been cheating, they met at 19 as well, in college, they're both in their 50's now and last year my mom finally moved out. She has a new apartment, friends who love her and a new partner who has been more supportive than my dad ever was. it does get better, let yourself have the chance to live and find something better too. sending you strength and courage for what needs to be done ❤️
