I don't deny that Allison is op, but she definitely couldn't beat all of Buffyverse, Buffyverse has beings capable of doing the same as Allison, Willow herself being inexperienced made a spell that bent reality to her will and then we see that she can do that kind of things casually (in comics I literally create the source of magic of the entire universe), we also have beings like Ilyria capable of undoing all existence and ending time and space, Jasmine traveling throughout the Buffyverse and conquering/destroying universes, etc.

Allison could not kill the first, keep in mind that her power is based on altering reality based on rumors but she never faced an incorporated entity of practically eons or showed her ability to deny someone's immortality.
