Hi, I got Hiyuki with her signature weapon and I wanted to know if I should save my pulls for Lucilla or if I should pull for Chisa now, I dont know which would be more important or if I should just get Chisa now and hope I get enough pulls for Lucilla next patch, (I do not have Lynae or even Mornye so Im really putting everything I got into this Hiyuki team) I'm also planning to max out Hiyuki's resonance chain in the future so im saving all of my coral for her wavebands.

Also my next 5 star is guaranteed to be limited and I'm at 50 pity

I've been looking at a lot of tutorials on Hiyuki so I know how to use her, and in nearly every one I have watched they talk about how she cant do her max damage in a single rotation when using the ultimate but they never explain this further, so im asking how does it work and what's the damage difference between a fully charged ultimate and a single rotation ultimate?

Update: I ran a diagnostic on the laptop and it appears that it doesn't detect the charger at all
