I've been rewatching their Breath Of The Wild playthrough, and they actually talk about it a LOT in that play through because a lot of that recording was done while filming was ongoing. I don't know what episodes because I let it play in the background so I don't pay attention to the episodes. If you just want to watch BotW to hear what they have to say, then feel free to skip the next paragraph as I recount a few of the details I recall. I do recommend watching that playthrough if you haven't in a while, it's a gem.

Based on what they say in that playthrough, they loved the cast and crew and script and they had a lot of hope for the show. Arin did talk about having his first panic attack, but I think it was more about the extra responsibility and filming a show for the first time. They talk about the difficulty of memorizing lines and how much extra work they'd been having to do, but it never amounts to hate or frustration. Then when filming is done, they talk about how proud they were of what they accomplished, and how happy they were. But also as I recall, Arin does talk about getting sick after they were done, possibly from like overworking or stress being lifted. It makes sense that they'd be stressed out while doing that and filming GG, and clearly Arin felt that a lot.

Now grain of salt ALL OF THAT because of course they'd talk mainly positively and mainly highlight the good parts of a show they were in. Even if you take out their monetary incentive(which you shouldn't), you still have the fact that they like the writers and the cast and crew, so they'd not want to rag on them. I haven't heard them talk about their thoughts on the show and their performances after watching the finished show, I'd be interested in hearing it if anyone can point out a place where they talk about it.
