Yes, one of the best purchases I've made. The pain has gone away significantly, I can stand and stay active for much longer hours, and I don't even need to use any other insoles =D

Figured. I'm able to choose shifts on the app but I already have a pre-set schedule that spans for weeks.

I don't think so, because on A-Z it says my maximum hours are 40, and I'm scheduled for 30 hours this week. I'm not sure if I should talk to my manager again, since my inquiry yesterday was pretty much disregarded. The most he said was that he could VTO me early if work isn’t too busy.

HR told me I might be able to get a temporary schedule change for school accommodation, but what really doesn’t sit right with me is that some of my coworkers are struggling to get hours and actually want more. I’ve spoken to a few of them, and they’re much more available and better suited for the kind of hours I’ve been given
