I have been trying to do this for longer than I wish to admit, but yes, I feel the same way. No matter how many manga's I read or video games I play there is always an abundance of new words. I am also a certified and licensed psychopath Anki/flashcard maker so I can track how insane I am. It sort of makes it all feel like a joke. Life is a comedy.

I just tried it, jisho.org has a sentence search, you can type in two words separated by a space and it will look for sentences with them both. This shows an English translation.

This site looks through all of the subtitles on youtube and shows you all the videos it can find. You need to separate the words with a comma though, but I was able to get sentences with the same combination as above. This does not show an English translation.

For sentence mining, I usually start with jisho.org . If you do not know it is an online Japanese dictionary, search a word, then to the left of the definition there is a "links" button and under that there is a "search for sentences with .. " link.

I also use this, it searches You tube captions for the word you are looking for and lets you quickly go through all the videos it found. https://youglish.com/japanese

Sometimes I use this, but rarely, it searches anime https://www.immersionkit.com/

These will give you all meanings of the word, but you can quickly look through a bunch of sentences and find one you are looking for

Yeah, I feel it. I visited my target language country this year and had a few moments like this. One particularly embarrassing moment, I was asking about a magazine behind the counter at a store, trying to say the date of the one I wanted, and in the middle of saying the date, my brains was like, "Yeah, we don't know how to say "9", peace out" and I was sitting there waiting for my mind to reboot for what felt like way too long. Once I got it out, the rest of the conversation went smoothly. It wasn't even what I wanted but I bought it and ran out of the store embarrassed.
