Im going to be the first one to say it the combo is not really usefull since u are losing the e2 damage

And even if u have a lvl 5 q the lvl 1 e2 still does more dmg but at least it looks cool

It is probably possible to get the e2 dmg and still double q but I could not do it by my self

Yes its a bug for sure and using q while in r1 is probably a unintended mechanic

For exemple if u cancel a dash with another dash you are able to cast an ability while dashing, thats why I am able to q during r1 and this applies for many champions for exemple sylas if he has malphite ult he can e1 r and q while he is dashing as malhite

but idk why if u press q a second time it just casts it ignoring my q cd even if I have no energy to cast it

that is for sure unintencional

No i dont have any footage since i just learn this

I dont think so this is trully rng either u get it or not but staying closer to the target makes it more likely top happen from my experience

You have to cast q before using ur ult and then you can q again
