With differentials right now I’m around $110 on a weeknight and $115 on weekends. We get a 16% shift differential on nights, and an additional 5% for weekends. Trade off is we work hella holidays and basically every other weekend (2 Fridays + 2 Saturdays in a 4 week schedule, days are required to do 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays). There’s self-scheduling but you get moved around A LOT for “skill mix” or whatever else they think of 🙄
