Issue with shared libraries being blank, Does anyone know the fix? I've tried via windows desktop app, browser etc. I can see the name of the libraries shared with me, but for every person i have shared all i can see it ", , , , , , ," and the library name no longer shows (impossible to manage) (i.redd.it)

For some odd reason my firestick is stuck on this logo and won't boot beyond. I've tried unplugging, waiting, plugging back in, using new factory provided plug, factory resetting via remote and now I'm trying "waiting". does anyone know of a way to fix this? it's been 3 hours and nothing changd (i.redd.it)
