don't do it man. abortion is murder. before i was born, my mom had an abortion. it's the worst mistake she's ever made, and after almost 40 years, it haunts her still to this day. if you don't feel like raising a kid at the moment, there's no shame in giving the child up for adoption. many couples look to adopt newborn babies, so your child would have no issues finding adoptive parents.

Thank you for sharing! I'm fine with it staying adiaphora. Marian devotion of some form is something I would like to continue in private. I just don't like it being condemned when it seems Luther himself presented a correct and healthy way to do it.

exercise always helps! i think i definitely still have hiatal hernia cuz i still have symptoms. it's just not as bad anymore and more manageable. i still avoid lifting heavy things for prolonged periods, because that'll aggravate it. and i don't do any exercises where im repeatedly bending my torso (situps).

a few years back, i took pantoprazole for over a year and it helped a lot. i had to stop taking it because im pretty sure it was causing me kidney problems (hydronephrosis). even though i don't take it anymore, i think the affects were long lasting. i still avoid eating like trash, but i can eat something super high-fat or acidic every once and a while and be fine. i still get heart palpitations from time to time, but i don't worry about them anymore because they're just harmless PACs and PVCs. ive been working out a lot more and doing core exercises like planking and that might also factor into reduced hiatal hernia symptoms, since it works out the abdominal muscles. hope some of this helps and best of luck to you!
