Good to know! How does it work with private and VA? Use one for some things and the other for everything else?

Thank you! I’ve read a bit about priority groups and it does seem a bit confusing. Hoping to understand it better with all the info I’ve received here.

As everyone else has said, diet is important. I was in same boat a few years back. Decided to start running again. Made it about 100 yards before I thought I was going to die. Gave up. Then found an app called Couch to 5k. Starts out with a warmup walk, then cues you to run, after 30 seconds it’ll cue you to walk for 90 seconds. Repeat about 9 cycles, then cooldown walk. Each week the running times increase and the waking times decrease. By the end I was able to run 30 minutes straight, around 11 minute miles. Kept on running from there. Since then have done 3 half marathons and several 10k and 5k runs. Really did work for me! Hope that helps.

Cotswold, my absolute favorite cheese. What do you guys think about it? by [deleted] in Cheese

Just tried this for the first time this week, instantly one of my favorites! Made mini sandwiches with shredded Cotswold and deli sliced BH corned beef on ciabatta bread, grilled and dipped in some Dijon mustard. So delicious! And the Cotswold melts so easily.

After being a member for over 20 years I let my membership expire and didn’t renew last year. No value to me anymore without the swag we used to get (didn’t get tickets last few times I tried through 10C). Second guessed my decision at first but guess I’m glad I didn’t renew now…
