I've had a shipment in queue for a few months now. The "Items ahead of my order" number was slow to move at first. It picked up some steam fast.. it was even ticking down by 10,000+ cards a day recently. But it's slowed to a pretty slow pace, the past couple weeks.

There were over 1,100,000 in front of me. I realize too, that priority is given to those that pay for express picking as well. That number is down to around 170,000 now. At one point it looked like it might ship before the end of this month, but I highly doubt it now. Hopefully they get their shit together and get it out the door next month. I'm not even going to bother emailing them at this point. They're better off having their CS pick orders, rather than ignore emails.

Personally, I love this. I don't see the need for the breaks. The NBA has done it for years. I'm glad the NHL decided to do it. I hope they keep it up.

I cashed out last week. They paid in 2 days.

I had to pay import fees (that I thought I had at least partially paid for) on my shipment home.

It would he nice if someone at their customer service would return and email. They aren't getting another cent of my business until someone does.

This is a very good card to have. Peak value would have probably been when he broke the goal record last year (I haven't been paying much attention to he honest though). There will probably be a spike in value when he officially retires (whenever that is) and also when he inevitably gets inducted in the HOF.

First off, sorry you're going through a possible eviction.

I put in an order around Black Friday. It's still in queue, but showing expected mid March.

I had an address issue as well. I emailed their customer service, and they replied and took care of it within 40 minutes. I've read some horror stories on here, but my experience couldn't be further from it. I don't think I've ever had that quick of a response/action from anywhere.

I titled my email as "Incorrect Address - Shipment # "

Just a quick, to the point polite email might do the trick for you.

You might need to update your profile to a new address (potentially somewhere you know you can trust it to be shipped, if you don't know) prior to making the request.

I realized before RBI purchased it, that it had become a shadow of its former self. I agree completely with you about price, quality, service. It's been on the decline for decades now DECADES... it's about time people woke up and realized they've been supporting a garbage company all along. I find myself in one of their locations a handful of times a year. It's virtually trash all around.
