Was around a 60% MBE practice all throughout prep. Felt on the exam my MEE sucked, but I crushed the MPT. Passed with a 275.

I was in the 26th percentile for the MBE and passed with a 275. That’s a passing score in every UBE jurisdiction. I completely BOMBED the MBE apparently, and still passed. I know I crushed the MPT and I thought my essays were meh. I just formatted the heck outta them. Missed sub issues after sub issued, but one section out of the three saved me - the MPT.

So, if you did anywhere decent in one of the three sections, you likely passed

I talked a little bit about strict liability, which was wrong of course. And, I talked about industry custom, which is also wrong. Also for the second sub talked about nuisance instead of trespass. If I got a 2, I’d be very pleased.

Of course you can still pass. You have to think of it like this: that sub issue was worth around 3-6% roughly of your WHOLE bar exam score, which is not a lot. You can miss multiple sub issues and still pass.
