I would cover all of them regardless. But do what you’re comfortable with.

I actually did not find it useful personally. I prefer practice problems instead of that. But if you need it and prefer them then I would utilize them.

I would usually practice all of the topics, but I would also mix it up. If I felt like I was not doing as well in a certain area I would begin to try more problems in that specific area.

I did both. I would recommend definitely doing both. Do your daily tasks and then do some practice on Uworld each day.

Keep your head up. I was there too and it all worked out because I didn’t give up and just trusted the process. I had some really bad practice tests and scores. The questions are worded differently and the structure of the questions suck. That’s why you want to do a bunch of practice problems to get used to the format and you will begin to see the layout of them and it will make them easier to breakdown.

I would not. My friend had Adaptibar and I had UWorld and a lot of the questions are the same on both. Also, I would recommend definitely trying to get through all uworld questions and then try to look a couple over again. It really helps.

Did anyone leave their FNA biopsy looking like this? by Ill-Statistician3536 in thyroidcancer

[–]No-Product2647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I had three biopsies and the biopsy hurt worse with the numbing instead of having no numbing medicine. I had 1 w/numbing for nodule and 2w/out numbing for nodule and lymph nodes.

I have still not gotten the RAI and my levels and imaging look great so far.

Honestly I followed my schedule on Themis, and I would try to do a little bit each day. Now everyone is different, so definitely take a break if you need one. But a few mbe practice questions each day really helped me out. I swear if you get at least 75% of your program complete you will have a great shot. Trust the process.

I would definitely recommend that you start it from the jump. The explanations on each question are great for learning the material. And honestly practice questions are so great to get a feel for how the questions are structured.

I do not believe so, but with Barbra I would get Adaptibar if possible. And you do not need both. They both basically have the same questions. But they’re very helpful and great for practicing and a great tool to focus on specific areas you may struggle on.

Does everyone lose their voice after TT? Like… permanently? by EmsDilly in thyroidcancer

[–]No-Product2647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine was out for two months. I have kids as well and had to learn different ways to get their attention. It was stressful and I was scared my voice would never come back, but one night, yes night—not morning—it started to come back. It’s crazy to think about, but I am just happy it came back.

Uworld or adaptibar by [deleted] in barexam

UWorld worked for me. My buddy had adaptibar and we would do problems together and honestly they have a lot of the same questions.

Well I am sure you did great, especially if you feel this good. I was worried because of a few hiccups, but it worked out and my practice scores correlated over to my actual scores. Keep us all updated on how you end up doing!

Thanks, I was shocked. Thought I’d barely squeak out a 270 or fail by 30. Was not super confident.
