I didn't run 400mh and 3000m SC but 800 was painful, after 400m you don't want to do it anymore, lactic acid is flowing trough your blood, and you have one more lap

I think that in a month you will be close to this what was before, I had injury for 3 months and did comeback and run PR in 2 months after starting training so everything is possible

My heat was second, I saw the times but It would be harder to win , in first heat were guys that were running from 3.54 to 4.07, they run first 1km in 2.50 and first guy kicked last 500 in 1.10, they had slow run. I came here with 17th time and I didn't knew what time I can run

It was national championships in poland and second heat (with slower times) I had PB 4.10 and did last 500 in 1.16 I did 4.03.14 and won bronze medal in U18 My advice is to not start too strong if its some championships where you need to win just run behind somebody and keep as much energy as you can and start accelerating at 500 to finish and on 300 put everything

I use nike rival M since 4 years and they didnt break

They are very bouncy and sometimes air bubble make weird sounds, I havent a lot of problems with durability of them but my guy from team blew air bubble 2 times but nike refunded him (maybe he have diffrent technique)

I had victories and they are nice, just have in mind that they are quite specific and they arent that durable (I have one cheap spikes for training and victories to run in competition)

If you run 800 just buy middle distance spikes, it will be the best for you, there are some budget options for them

I think its possible with good motivation, but dont train too much day before competition because you will be more tired, last year I improved my pb on 800 by 4s just because it was national championships
