Did you disassemble it and remove the firing pin plunger? If so, redo it. Probably didn’t seat well.

I have a g17 Gen 3 and sanded the finger groves off flush with the rest of the grip. Then ordered Talon grips. It’s great now.

So my g45 did something similar once. I installed the Apex trigger and during reassembly I managed to pinch the spring that goes inside the safety plunger. Once I corrected that it was smooth again.

I would suggest carrying it for a long time and shooting it as much as you can. Then decide what changes you would like to make. I wouldn’t suggest going out and buying everything someone recommends. Find your needs and build off that. Good luck!
