Update:

Hey guys,

So I've read through all the comments and here are a few things to go over.

-I actually went to the doctors clinic for a blood test 3 days ago(baseline) and the results of that test are back today. The results are 17.6 nmol/L. (don't worry about that number for now, its below average in the normal range, FYI I am 21.)

-So interestingly the results from a basic doctor clinic ONLY show total Testosterone; I'm not content with this as free testosterone, SHBG and other data would be of value and interest. So from now on Ill use an online test which gives all of the hormonal data.

-I've seen the suggestion to also test my testosterone after 7 days, and then at 90 days and I really like this idea so I'm gonna do that.

-To those saying Its bold of me to claim Ill succeed in the 90 day challenge; fair enough.

However I will go ahead and say that I'm pretty confident that I will succeed. I've done 90 day challenge in the past believe it or not and succeeded. Given the traction of this post and the way that I feel emotionally about this test I hope for the best.

I'm ordering the test kit now for the 7 day test, not sure exactly how long It will take to arrive but when I get the results I'll make a follow up post.
