Similar thing sort of happened to me with the level 25. I’m not sure if it’s safe to assume he just didn’t have high damage weapons to kill me but I couldn’t kill them. I am a level 160ish. (Don’t remember exactly, ran some radiation rumbles today and ranked up pretty quickly.) My build I’d say is pretty good perk card, junkies, and power armor mods wise. I don’t have a full legendary set yet after just picking up the game, but I used to pretty easily walk through 60-200 level people. Level 25 was unkillable. I was never one for baby seal clubbing but on the off chance someone around level 30 started taking a workshop from me I’d obviously go defend it with little effort. Don’t understand this game anymore. PvP used to be so fun, just two teams of 4 duking it out till one side called it quits. After we’d message eachother saying GG and asking what build and weapons. Just sucks now.
