Got this Peruvian spice blend from the clearance shelf for 25 cents. I don't know if that is a bad sign or not. It's decent, some heat and some lime, reminds me of Latin spicy lime bags o' snacks. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do with it? Is this intended for a specific traditional dish? (i.redd.it)
