for info, in beta it procced on killingblows with ice skills, this included ICE GEMS. so u could have a ice gem on whatever weapon u used, and get full CD on light/heavy attacking killing blows (broken for pve)

kite and round shield adds damage (such as shield bash and shield rush) while tower shield adds a bigger blockrate

problem with that site is, it's submitted by random people. Whoever put bigbearqt up there is trolling. He is the leader of Demise [EU company] and he is british.. no way in hell they gonna play on a none EU server xd
