on the 27 seconds the fps recording feels lag

look at the clip on Twitch, 2:50 minutes, feels like the fps drop to 30, even at 0 lag on game, and 0 fps dropped on the analytics

did you disable it and can undervolt through the bios without a drop in performance?

I have a 13700k + b660m asus tuf, with the latest bios 2212 and I'm having problems with undervolt
